I think you will find the accumulated skill's & knowledge of a SE meet far exceeds any dealer!! (appart from Nick of course!). You can be ordering the beers while we drill the holes A Silver G4... Best of both worlds...

Sorry, didn't mean to depress you.
I have no experience of fitting a RAI personally, so can't offer any help with that.
What I can say is that after a tow bar (almost 100%) the RAI has to be the second most popular accessory I saw at the southern pub meet. I would not be worried that there are a lot of people that have fitted their own and knew exactly what they were doing.
If you want one fitted, my personal advice would be you will find more combined experience on the lawn outside the pub than you would at any dealer.
