I've been spotted too!!! 
Probably twice with a bit of luck at lunctime today - I was sat at a sat of traffic lights in Bredbury (South Manchester, SK6) wanting to turn right when the camcar came towards me from the opposite direction and turned left (and then immediate left again down a side road that runs parallel to the main road) - about a minute later up the road I saw the car again coming out of aforementioned side road so I should have been got a second t ime

I am still waiting for NavTeq to put our (5 year old) road on the map, not holding out much hope of Google taking my pic any time soon!
