Rear parking Sensor removal

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to remove the off side sensor unit from the back bumper.

Disco3 XS 08 auto, leather, premium sat-nav,fridge,tow pack,bright trim pack, parking sensors,wood dash.

Defender TD5 110 CSW 05, Traction Control/ABS, heated seats,Air-con, snorkle,tow pack.special seat conversion,parking sensors.
