Can someone help me out please? I am trying to create an Avatar. I have resized my pic within the limits permitted only to find the filesize is over 20k. To get the file down to the permitted 12k I have to totally destroy the quality or to make the image less than 50 pixels across.

I am using photoshop. Discovery 3 HSE
Freelander TD4 HSE
Porsche 968 Cabrio
Mazda MX-5
Yamaha XT660
