| Purchase Dilemma - HELP REQUIRED! |
|
Now I'm keen to get myself an M&S cheese and ham sandwich, as recommended by "Your Snack" and the top-rated mid-day meal in "What Sandwich" for the last 4 months. However, my neighbour bought one and found the crust to be too chewy, so took it back for a refund and a colleague at work reckons that the butter in his is never spread thinly enough to allow him a consistent taste experience.
I googled and found that there are plenty of problems experienced by other purchasers at sites like 'cheezmatters.co.uk', 'readymeals.net' and 'sammichdeeelite.com' - people are complaining about thin slices of ham, uneven lumps of cheese and even the gritty bits in the bread. Honest John on the Hellograph website slates it and says a croque monsieur is the best combo of dead pig and curd one could acquire.
Now, I reckon that a cheese and ham sandwich is just what I want to fill the void between a full english and a fry-up in the pub at night, but I'm concerned that I could be getting an unsatisfactory dairy+meat snack product.
HAI GUYZ - can you sway me to hand over my £2.99 for the ultimate in lunchtime hand-held gratification? Luvverly!

Hi Terry,
Welcome to the forum and £2.99 sounds quite expensive, PM the 'Large One' for a forum discount.
Or you could try http://www.pimpthatsnack.com/index.php for a classy alternative.
I would recommend caution though as I've become 'cynically obese'.
Cheers Ears,
