I want to install a drawer system in the D3 with my 80 lt Luna on slide on top of the drawer system. Must say I don't fancy the frontrunner system with the ammo boxes , I would rather have the system with 2 drawers. Anybody care to comment on which manufacturer and where in "Transvaal" I will get the best deal.

In case you change your mind about the FR system with the ammo boxes:
I have a Front Runner system with the 6 ammo boxes underneath, fridge slider above, custom top for D3.Bolts into the 4 tiedown points in the boot. Removal of rear seats is optional.
It always worked great for me, but its taking up space now.
Its been used about 4 times.

After getting quotes for a basic drawer system configuration (Fridge on slider and 2 drawers on the side) and finding prices ranging from R6400 to R7500 I decided to build my own. I'm certainly no DIY genius, but managed to build a fairly decent looking system for around R2100. Busy with finishing touches at the moment.
The cost savings were big, and the configuration the way I wanted it. Must confess if did take a while longer than I anticipated .. a lot longer  What do you mean it won't go there ?

Black widow systems are fantastic, made in Oz If you are helpful and then stop, you get more agro than if you never helped in the first place.

Thanks Baben for the drawers system and thanks for helping me to fit it as well. Also thanks for the TT box (unplanned by the way) , boy what a difference , averaged 10.5km/lt at a steady 150k/h on the OBC. used to be around 9.4k/lt on that speed. Also the performance improvement is very noticeable after driving the D3 standard for 52000km's
Guys next time Baben sells you something be carefull , he's gonna flock a TorqTune to you as well  (which isn't a bad thing) , just the budget.  and the Mrs......................
