How do i find out what version i have installed in the car? And whats the best way to update? Genuine Disks? If you are helpful and then stop, you get more agro than if you never helped in the first place.

How much are the latest and are they worth it? I hear talk of Off Road Nav discs also. If you are helpful and then stop, you get more agro than if you never helped in the first place.

I did get one off ebay for £17.50, it was genuine, of course and I have had no problems with it. I don't think they are worth the full price as the sat nav is crap compared to tom tom. Also a member of avforums.com

Depends if you use it a lot. I had the original in my 06 and upgraded it last year which did make a difference to roads that were previoulsy not on it. I will wait on the next revision before upgrading, as there may not be such a big change in one update.
From an 05 std disc to present will be a big jump in info. Needing car cleaning or detailing products. Check my website then PM me for 10% off. Free delivery on orders over £50

Is there a version that includes Green Lanes and the such? If you are helpful and then stop, you get more agro than if you never helped in the first place.

So how are you going to damage the original? I sits in the DVD drive and stays there until you replace it with a new one, chances of damage are very minimal
