Heine - as you know the LROC does not get involved with issues between club members and LRSA. Although they do have somewhat of an "open line" to them - after all the club endorses the very brand that they market !!
So any suggestion/positive criticism / input to improvement of vehicles can be channeled to LRSA - I will give this one a go (for what it is worth) D3 S '07. Dual battery system. Upgraded tow hitch. Mantec skid plate. Frontrunner rr.
Defender TD5 110 CSW '00. "With everything"

Dont think LR will be willing to change this one I think they could if they wonted to via their computor
In reality the only hope will come from an after market gadgett, or a computor geek who can hack in on some computor hoock up
In the meantime the shortened rods are the simplest way
Cheers

TiaanS,
100% mine too, have come to the conclusion , keep it simple and puting the rods on and off is a easy job once you get the knack, Some silicon spray is all the go.
Cheers

Or remotely adjustable rods. Prototype ready next week.
Trying to keep price down but having trouble. A lot fiddling in manfacture and some expensive parts. Getting there is half the fun

I'll post when it is working properly, will need to be tested and abused before we could say it is ready for production. As I said costs are higher than I would like. Getting there is half the fun
