| How Do You Make A Warranty Claim? |

New to this whole car ownership thingy (had company car for the last 16 years, no responsibilites, no bills, no worries  ). I bought a HSE second hand from a dealership in Leicester but I live in Cardiff.
I have a very sticky steering wheel which I think has been discussed on here and they have been replaced. Who, what or how do I make a claim?

Call into service at nearest dealer - people will be along shortly to give you the good, bad and ugly near you.
If you think it may be disputed, go in armed with tsb number (technical service bulletin)
If you still have grief, try another dealer, supplying dealer or LR customer services.

hi doleawg, i use jv likes near brecon they are much better than stratstones on hadfieald rd. a nice drive too

Hi doleawg! Will second the opinion with JV Likes, please for your sake dont go anywhere near scrapstone cardiff, they're an absolute waste of space. Would'nt let them oil the chain on my pushbike!!

Thanks guys, Actually tried to buy a Disco from Cardiff. What a bunch of muppets  . Genuinley disturbing how bad (and expensive  ) they were. Eventually bought in Leicester.
As for servicing Brecon is about a 30 mile trip for me however I have spotted a Land Rover service place at the top of Nantgarw hill on the way up into Caerphilly. Used it?

Nanrgarw Hill dealer main franchised one (used to in Treforest back in the dark old days)??? Poss best to try and resolve issues through Likes or Stratstones. Honda Dog U better DUCK!!!!!

For warranty work take it to any LR dealer... just like you would do for a company car.
Simple really.

and indeed my 05 D3 is at the fixmeuppers just now for the same thing
lumpy steering and rattly front end
seems they will rebuild the front end and steering ... alll warranty
not any issue or quibble from my dealer in Cologne
