Factory Fit - My D3 looks like its going to the great scrap heap in the sky - so I want to salvage the Bluetooth unit to fit to the next one - thanks

Next one may not have the right loom in place or other required components (there's more to it than just the BT module), if you're ordering new I suspect it'd be less hassle to order with PTI installed
