Yes. Absolutely, but once out of warranty, purely because it would VOID your LR warranty as stated in the Service Manual.

Firstly, let me state that I have no affiation with these guys.

The principles behid LPG/Diesel is solid. Instead of the normal combustion of 75% of diesel, with LPG it burns 97% of the diesel. This means a natural gain in power, and also a cleaner engine, being achieved by burning more sud and depositing less in the oil, valves and exhaust system. All runs cleaner, and it lower your emissions. Everyone wins.

Have a read on their Website. I see it is a new one, but have a look. On the old site they had huge sucesses with the TD5's. Not sure whether they still have that on their new site.

Cheers,
Pierre

There isnt a lot of room for the gas tank
I spoke to D-Gas previously and they will supply me with the kit for $1900
They guarantee a 20% increase in fuel economy

Norto,

Have it done professionally, and get the rebate of $2K. The kit does not include the tank. I havea tiny tank, which fits under the passenger side of the Partol, but does not protrude below the chassis. This is enough to run 130L of diesel. If you have a standard tank of 80l odd, perhaps they have a smaller one which can fit in the back somewhere inside.

The installers can become creative. I was adament about my installation, and it was done to my specs.
