Downpipe with photos

Well started this afternoon with changing the down pipe
What an absolute piggin nightmare
Jacked up the front left plan being do that but first 15mm so I believe couldn't even get a 12mm on it a couple of hits with a chisel it's splits it's off.
So up on the ramps for height off road height 60 amp fuse pulled good access .Now remove gearbox cross member bolts and nuts seized took ages had to lower the front of the fuel tank for access
transfer box supported
Next attempted the other two exhaust flange nuts they are so seized the are welded to the flange going to grind them off tomorrow. now the exhaust joint bracket seized but I am at the two nuts to grind off using a dremmel and hopefully not to much damage to the studs .freed off the exhaust clamp and the downpipe fell off so a bit more room .it's took about 4 hours to this stage

Well having a mare with this spent another 5 hours today and the progress is 2 of the nuts now off the second one I had to grind away then as with the first one chisel it off . Started on the very top one and have managed to grind it down but can't get an angle to chisel so put everything back except the exhaust and took the car off ramps so tomorrow I am going to try going in from the top by remove the battery etc etc hoping to get an angle to get the last nut
Once off the refit shouldn't be too hard
Let you no when it's eventually done All transmission oil replaced

Did you ever finish swapping the downpipe over?
How did you get to the bolts in the end?
Cheers 😊
