It was between £15 and £20 I can't remember exactly, If anyone is interested I'll get a price based on say 5 off.
The black finish is a PTFE which is free. Silver TDV6 S with sat nav, PTI and Moosed up a bit

Well, the hole in the chassis the same, and the one on the jack is dictated by the jack.
It's interesting to note that we both realised for our version two that a taper on the top helps location, and a thicker skirt stops it catching.
I had mine turned from die steel which happened to be 60mm dia as thats what they had on the shelf. Silver TDV6 S with sat nav, PTI and Moosed up a bit

Just in case you wanted to switch to an air jack, try this web site. www.air-jack.com you will need the 4 ton capacity version for a D3, but its off the ground within 40 seconds

Prices for these trolley jack adaptor based on the sketch are £12 each,plus postage plus site donation so I am aiming for £15 all in. I will set up a group buy when I have confirmed postage costs
If you have a trolley jack with a different size mandrel, providng you supply the info these can be made
