My and SWMBO's hearty thanks go to Debbie on the service desk and the lads in the workshops yesterday - they saved our holidays 
Thanks to their efforts, despite not having any parts in stock to affect the repair on our vehicle after we broke down in the first 15 miles into our 540 mile trip Scotland, they got the D3 fixed and us back on the road within 2 hours of us arriving at the dealership.
They actually robbed the parts off one of their vehicles  , instead of saying oh well it'll be Tuesday at the earliest when we'll get the parts in
