I fitted a Nokia Handsfree kit, which I had used in my BMW. It works spot on with my iphone, never had a single problem. Mr. Green

Maybe the problem lies with Land Rover. I only say that because I had a Freelander for a few days (which I hated) and the iphone found the handsfree kit once but there after, nothing. Plus when I phoned someone the radio went quiet but you never heard the damn phone ringing at the other end. So all of a sudden someone would be shouting Hello and surprise the Censored out of me Shocked

Add me to the list. What's happening is the iPhone answers the call, but the audio isn't being sent over BT even though the phone may show you're connected to the car.

The fix for me has been to tap "audio sources" on the iPhone, then tap Phone, then tap back on LAND ROVER quickly. Same as everyone else, only seems to happen on the first call once I'm attached to the car.

It's not the car it's the phone, since the 2.1 firmware upgrade Apple have "changed" something.
Just out of interest last night I chucked my phone in my i-pod cradle. Apart from a message that said it wasn't designed for this gadget, it worked a treat funnily enough. so in theory, you can watch a film whilst driving Embarassed not that's I'd recommend it of course.
Oh yea, and your phone would fall out as the cradle is too small.
