Couple of years back I saw a black RRS with blues behind the front grill heading at warp speed East along the M27 towards Pompey, No 1 daughter was at Pompey univ at the time and saw it (must have been the same one) heading like fury for Southsea seafront.
I could only assume it was some sort of special response (armed?? SAS ???), heading for the hovercraft over to the IOW (which is the fastest transit to the IOW) - heading for the prison maybe???
Daughter reported no riots on the seafront...
Never mind the SL, what wattage were his interior bulbs? Cheers
Simon

If a county has a main river system then the plod have to have a selection of 4x4's. Tradition has been towards the X5 but more and more the authorities are finding it crap when the going get's slippy.
More and more forces are looking at the TDV8 RRS for future needs. You would be amazed at what the force dont pay for them

Some forces are also chopping in fleets of ML's,X5's and Shoguns for D3/RRS and FFRR as they don't cook their auto gearboxes when asked to pull 40t of fully loaded artic off the motorway onto the hardshoulder like the lesser SUV's do. How can Carbon have a footprint if it has no feet?
