in an effort to lighten the mood around here following the recent  slinging.........who has what console?????? ill start the ball rolling with ps3.....primarily used as a blueray disc player but now looking for good game recommendations following my gta4 purchase.....  06 Zermatt 7 seat auto with PDC and privacy

I have all of them ...the Xbox360 seems to come out on top for its online gaming...the PS3 is a superb multifuntion device AFAIC ..the wii is great if your a girl   Powered by TorqTune

Depends what you want! If you want to play games online then the xBox 360 is the way to go, if you want awesome graphics (however, hardly noticeable difference) and awesome processing power and Blue ray then get a PS3!
The downfall of the PS3 is the online servers are awful, I cant stay in for more than 5 minutes, and when they phased out the 60GB version, which supported original PS formats too!
The Downfall of the xbox is no full, non-upscaled, HD support and which edition to buy! 
I have both and am going to have a hard time choosing which one to play in November with Gears of War 2 coming out for xBox and Resistance 2 coming out for the PS3! Decisions, decisions!
Not a fan of the Wii, I preffer to relax when I play!

just picked up 'assassins creed'.....seems ok so far..........have been told cod4 is very short unless you game online 06 Zermatt 7 seat auto with PDC and privacy
