Its not God, its the little voices that made me do it.
But surely you cannot be convicted on a photograph as bad as this? My wife got clocked by the mobile camera over the M6 near Penrith and the image was spot on, you could make out the coffee cup in the dash cup holder, there was no arguing about who drove on that day. Is that your head or as your neck been sick?

i read sometime ago that they are not allowed to alter a photo in anyway to gain knowledge of the driver at the time of the offense.

I haven't manipulated as such ...just altered the levels in CS3

I would suggest you see whose got the most points currently and work out for whom the extra 3 (assume its 3) will have the least ca$h or inconvenience impact
