Hello,
I have just part exchanged my 05 TDV6 and purchased a 55 V8 HSE. 
I wonder if anybody can tell me how to connect my mobile to the Discovery?
My D3 has the phone attenae in the middle of the roof near the tailgate.It also has the green and red phone buttons on the steering wheel and the phone button on the dash.
When I press the phone button, the radio screen says "no phone fitted"? When I search for a bluetooth connection whilst sat in the car my Samsung SGH-F480V mobile it shows it has connected to Discovery because the mobile phone has the Land Rover symbol in the bluetooth list.
Am I missing some hardware or software to make them work together?

Hello Wiggs,
Not sure I just sat in the car with the ignition on and search for a Bluetooth connection with my mobile. 
Do I need to do anything else?

Search the bluetooth and when it finds the LR ..click on it ..it should then ask you if you want to pair ..click yes ..it will then ask you for the passcode .
Yours should be 2121 if you have the fin on the roof ...once paired it should say "paired ok"
Try ringing a number from your phone first to see if the stereo mutes (and says phone on the display) Help get this page up the rankings please

You'll have to read up about the PTI kit and how it works ...as i only have the aftermarket LR kit . Help get this page up the rankings please

Hi Guys.
Can I call on your knowledge please? I have today had my blue tooth system upgraded on my 06 TDV6 S to get the address book function operational. Just got the car back having asked the dealer to check and confirm all is working.
My phone which worked ok before the upgrade still gets the land rover and hands free symbols up and I get asked to put in the pin 2121 on my phone but the screen on the raido just says no phone connected and I connot seem to make it change.
Any ideas please??
