V8 HSE Disc Rotor replacement

My '05 V8 HSE is coming near to needing a replacement set of disc rotors. Can anyone suggest or recommend do i go genuine or aftermarket and is the job to replace them pretty straightforward? I can do most jobs on a car provided no specialist tools required and interested to know if someone out there has done or knows what I am on about here.

Thanks in advance

V8 just has slightly bigger disks but the process should be the same. Thumbs Up
Censored it! It's got a load of black bits on OK!!!

Thanks Bodsy, those links very helpful. seems easy enough i shall schedule it to happen some time soon. About replacement rototrs, can anyone suggest whether genuine is most recommended, or is non-genuine ok?

thanks again.

You've got 2.7tonnes of vehicle to stop, personally I'd only go genuine as I don't fancy a failure whilst I'm trying to stop that weight!
