75k service is needed in the next couple of weeks, just been quoted £400 plus the dreaded by my local Land Rover specialist (not official LR Dealer)
Seems a bit dear to me. If you are helpful and then stop, you get more agro than if you never helped in the first place.

£400 (exc.) sounds ok as I paid £460 (inc) at Colliers. Includes a/c flush, pollen filter, etc so fairly big service.

Try JE engineering in Cov, mines in for 60k service there on monday at £295 & vat (compared with 395-460 from main stealers)
Al TDV6 S - Tonga with Ebony
(and 19" RRS alloys, and 20" RRS alloys, and 19" RRS alloys, and........back on 20's - finally, honest, satnav & DVD)
Remember - You can only walk so far into the wilderness before you are walking out again

does JE give you a loan car ?, they are not too far from me, and one of my largest customers, could be handy. Silver TDV6 S with sat nav, PTI and Moosed up a bit

I know it's a bit far to travel but give Brian a call at Oval Green garage in leeds he's ex Landrover as is his team they use genuine LR parts and the Oval Green tamp is very similar to the LR badge  I've just paid £85 plus vat(would have been £100 but he'd just done my brakes).Pm me if you need number.Jav

Here's the latest news:
Local LR Specialist - £403 (need to check if that includes VAT, with test book but restricted software access)
Local LR Dealer - £371 inc (but only with proof of fully comp insurance for loan car)
JE Engineering - £250 plus VAT inc loan car (full test book) If you are helpful and then stop, you get more agro than if you never helped in the first place.
