This is NOT only a T-Mobile problem.....I have a 3 usb modem and it also wont work on Vista but works perfectly with Windows XP

Web'n'walk usb from T-mobile is Vista and xp compatable
so is the stick
so is the stick 110
so the service manager has just told me

Problem is with vista. The driver will need loading from the device your using. Cheers
