It's a canvas sleeping bag for want of a better description. With a matress inside and you can also get features like fly sheets etc

tanters, thats a very posh lookin swag, who makes it. the one I own is no more that a canvas sheet with foam mattress If in doubt............flat out.

Made by Mitchells - only a random sample to be honest. The one you have I've used before in Australia and perfect when there is no rain about but unfortunately rain is all too common in these parts  Every time you see a beautiful woman, just remember, somebody got tired of her
