Hi bushwanderer, last Aug a Q45 or Q045 upgrade was done on the rotary coupler. Is that what you mean buy replaced.

Yes, Q045 is the one.
As Caver says, if it failed within 12 months of replacement, it should be covered FOC.The Bearded Dragon
