HELP NEEDED:How do I put on my lockable LR roof bars?

Help!! how do i fit the LR cross bars? do I need instructions? i can't figure it out and i'm traveling tomorrow morning, hopefully with them Smile

this may be so obvious that nobody has thought to ask, you do have the Roof Rails fitted that you slot them in to ?

Are they not standard fit on an HSE ? Whistle I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

They are standard fit, so I do have them, yes Wink

I've just taken them apart, so I'm sort of half way there... i.e. i now know they're not too short.

Now just have to figure out how to fix them to the rails.

Use the allen key that should have been supplied with them to loosen the bolts at either end of the bars, put them in the locating holes that are roughly in the middle of the roof rails, and slide either forward or back until in the desired location. tighten the allen bolts, replace the plastic piece that covers the allen bolt and flip the bit with the key in up and lock into place.
