Well I was there tonight (surprise surprise) - first one in about a year.
We heard the lamp being run over from INSIDE the pub unlike the barstaff
Top marks to Ken for his metalwork skills... ...and for putting up with the persistent barracking of the helpers and those with head-lamps on
It was like a council workers outing - one working and ten watching Steve N | 2006 TDV6 S Auto in Buckingham Blue | Member of the top ten club | Am I online?

Not a bottle - but a pint, perched on the front bumper...

Well these Defender drivers think they own the errr LAWN. Get the scene, 200 year old tree, massive. All ready to be illuminated for the public........Then a big pink TD5 turns up, rather than goin round drives through.
R.I.P spotlight.
Cheers honestly to all involved in the RAI fitment, Ken being patient with the top Riv Nut, not sure if he is always patient but last night he was. Looks great guys, SWMBO says it looks like a TONKA TOY now. Was never going to win that one was I anyway.
Did the apparent usual departure duties, clearing glasses off the bumpers as I was warned before the evening got under way.
See you next meet guys. PERMANENTLY IN THE SITE NAUGHTY CORNER
