Soory to hear. At least take it off road once before you sell. Maybe experiencing its capabilities will result in a change of mind.

If you want photos, please email me at foxhole4bbATaol.com Substitute the AT for the symbol.. You're a bit far away, 29Salcombe! Nothing nearer?
I have a 90 TD5 if I wanted to go offroading, but I don't! 24 years ago I started an offroad club and it never really got my attention even then. The 'lets see who can get through that mudhole' stuff leaves me cold.. As a means to an end, maybe, but not for something to do.. Make the most of this life, you may not have a Landy or skis in the next one.

Think that's maybe a little too much for a 5 seater 2004 Discovery 3 - gone
2006 Discovery 3 - gone
2008 Discovery 3 GS - gone
2011 Freelander LE Special Edition - gone
2007 Discovery 3 XS - gone
2012 Discovery 4 GS - current

Mileage? Coil or air? (best colour in my opinion) 2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods

Not too much according to Parkers, or my local stealer who wants £18k for one same spec. a bit older with more miles...
Mine's done 35k miles, has air/terrain response, parking assist on the back.. Now had two dealers phone, one from London, they must think it's a good buy...? Make the most of this life, you may not have a Landy or skis in the next one.

Good luck with the sale The End

The problem is that up here in Haggisland there is no greenlaning or 'offraoding' to speak of.. In 31 years here I've only ever known one, the Corrieyairack Pass, east of Fort Augustus, which I believe is now off limits and it was a smooth gravel track the last time I traversed it some 25 years ago, and it wasn't exactly difficult. The club I started runs only trials and specialises in sections with mudholes, hence my lack of interest.. I wouldn't dream of taking either of my motors to one. The only reason I have Landys is because we do occasional towing of things a car couldn't manage and for the winter roads and for safety, like everywhere we have our share of loonies, some drunk. And 90's are a bit obsessive.. Having said that, because the only calls I've had from local ads have been dealers trying to batter me down to stupid money, I might sell the 90 and keep the Disco! You can ALWAYS sell a 90, especially a good 'un. Now, if I lived somewhere like Canada, the States or Oz, it'd be a different matter.. Make the most of this life, you may not have a Landy or skis in the next one.

Last attempt here as I've now put it in Auto Trader, will take £13750 bottom line for the Disco, and I don't believe one this year/ condition/mileage is available cheaper. If it is, it's well hidden. Book price for a private sale is between £13,900 (Wisebuyers - which are always below average) and £14,800 (Parkers). If not sold beforehand, we are taking it on our hols on the 17th, going to N.Wales (Fairbourne), Derbys (Buxton) and the Lakes.. 07793 045902. No dealers please..!! Make the most of this life, you may not have a Landy or skis in the next one.

seen yer ad on pistonheads, might I suggest some more photos as it looks suspiously lacking compared to others (not that you've intended it to be like that) rolllaugh:

here a better example
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1179909.htm
from who I think is a forum member, which reminds me, would'nt do any harm to mention the forum and that you can arrange the transportation of the vehicle by transporter (Falkirk Car Carriers 01324 482382 travel up and down the country twice a week with 9x12 car transporters, recon it would cost yer around 300-350)
ps you've not mentioned whether manual or auto on the add in pistonheads

tell yer what, if you dont get any joy, take him down to BCA Glasgow or Edinburgh, CAP (car auction price) within the last 30 days put that vehicle selling for MORE than you're £13,750.
If it does'nt sell there you've only lost the entry fee (around 50) but can try another two times, the further south the car goes, the better the price, so BCA can have it taken from their down south on transporter or driven for less than 150 to say belle vue, manchester.

Yes, I know the photos are a bit naff, but they look better if clicked on. I used some photos I already had for other ads. The back of the Disco has the seats down & is loaded with my wife's watercolour paintings and display stands for a 'country show' over the weekend, as she has a stall there, so I was a bit limited as to what to show and for time to submit the ad.... 'Suspiciously' lacking ??? I'd never advertised on Pistonheads before, and I couldn't figure out how the photo sizing worked, hence the carve-up! Thanks for the advice re missing details, I'll amend it next week when I can take some more photos and get them the same size.... To be honest, I'm a bit fed up about selling it and the lack of response, hence lack of effort, but I realise I live in the back of beyond. Buying and selling a vehicle here is murder, I can never find what I want and can't sell what I've got! Some years back I bought a Disco2 in Southampton and flew down to London and got a train - big effort.. Locals tend to buy from dealers, for finance, etc., and I think the only people selling motors are dealers selling new small hatches under the scrappage scheme.. In fact there's a new one outside belonging to a friend, it's new today..
Not sure about offering transportation as I certainly wouldn't buy any vehicle without seeing it and driving it.., would anyone else? In other words, they'd have to get here to see it.. Ho-hum... Make the most of this life, you may not have a Landy or skis in the next one.
