Rather a strange one as normally the low-power mode only comes into play when the engine isn't running, could be an issue with the alternator but I'm sure someone far more knowledgeable then I will be along shortly.. TDV6 HSE - Light Guards - White Reflective Sticker

It can be the battery. I had problems with my original battery quite early after buying the car and had this message often. Mostly almost immediately after starting the car. Starting the car was OK. Then low power mode and after +/-30 minutes all was back to normal. After two years of poor battery symptons I replaced it and it looks good till now. Some people get by
With a little understanding

Reduces the maximum volume that can be selected. If you wind back the volume it goes away. Wind it up again and it appears at a certain level... from what I've noticed anyway.
