I'm not sure but they probably are the same! Certainly are on a D3, RRS and FFRR 2005 onwards. If you have some or know where to buy in the UK please let me know! I need to extend mine by one - I think I need a "pig tail" and one inline connector

Yea Lee
All the Land Rovers actually use the same Infotainment ECU's so the MOST connectors are common amongst all.
You might also find some Later Jags using them.

Lee - If TLO can get the cables then I am sure he can get the connectors Should just be a question of finding the right part number
How long is the cable and dare I ask what sort of cost

I have NOT compared these to the D3 fibre optic cables, but assume they are the same going on previous posts in this thread!.
Unfortunately he can't get them as i don't think landrover list them as a seperate part no, they will probably come as part of a loom tho, currently looking for the cheepest fibre optic link now! The FFRR is currently winning so Ajay(UK) i may be calling on you for some info
(LR008155) Phone to Amp is approx 35cm long as the phone module and amp sit next to each other in the rear of the car, this is from the latest FL2 vin range and approx £7.33
(LR005444) From the First FL2 Vin range, is approx 410cm long (nearly as long as my living room) and it is alot cheeper than the latest vin range, and i can't see any obvious differences @ approx £7.00
The cost is quite small for the Fibre optic cable, it the connectors that we are finding difficult to get hold of.
That certainly looks like the correct cable. Below is an example of a cable which does fit and the corresponding connector. I got a handful of samples from Tyco, but they cannot supply them direct unfortunately.
Given that the fibre optic cable is available, it shouldn't be too difficult to locate a few connectors from donor vehicles in reclamation yards. The connector dismounts very easily. Just lift the blue clip you see in the photo and tease a plastic spring clip up whilst pulling back on the fibre optic cable.

Don't worry chaps, ole BBS SPY is well known for his ability to do the seemingly impossible, and sure enough he has yet another ace up his sleeve for ya all in respect of your MOST pressing requirements (Pun intended)
Been there, done that and got the hat, months ago in fact.
Gimme 24 hours and i will post something that's sure to help you all out.
I would have sorted this out today for you, but you know, we are so inundated with orders for our kit, our production department simply can't cope, so i spent the whole day in there soldering and assembling stuff.
Holy crap, i really had forgotten how tough it can be.
Today alone i built 66 FCR's, 18 EAS kicker lites, 9 Motronic sync mates and 9 EDC sync mates.
Yea i know, you chaps on here, have probably never even heard of a sync mate. In fact, until i showed up on this board, you might have thought i was stacking shelves in Tesco's for all i know.
But the reality is that we have been helping all Land Rover addicts for over ten years before i said my first hello on this board, and while you may think your D3 has problems, i promise you its a total saint compared to the the previous years models that have a penchant for forgetting the immobilization code that it requires to start the engine. Our sync mate sorts that all out and is very popular.
As for EAS kicker lites, well when Disco 3's get to be 10 years old plus and have loads of problems with their EAS systems, you might also appreciate having a 50 quid widget you can plug in that will just erase the fault codes and get the system back on line.
