Yup Anthony is particular to Captain Moron , I lure him around quite easily with that . Not that I need his faultmate though , I have my own . I do it for the pleasure of his sparkling company 
BTW seeing him tomorrow at 10 to see of the Rangie Sport remap will work on our V8's

I have a faulty Faultmate - don't know what to do or where to go. Maybe Anthony can shed some needed light on the subject.

the only thing you can do with a faulty faultmate is to send it back to the factory for repair. get hold of them and ask for a RMA reference, and send it off. it only takes a couple of days for them to fix it.
A word of warning - make sure your courier fills in the CM65 or whatever they call it otherise SARS will charge you duties and VAT all over again when it returns
regarding the V8 remap, we will post the results  and if they are that good I am sure you would like to taste it yourself Unlock your 4x4 info, 3-flash indicators, sort out your leaning suspension and more.
