wiggs, truma do External/Marine tubing which is Black in colour rather than the cream coloured internal stuff.
I gave up on a hot air heater as the distance from heater to tent would be too long.
now have a woodburner that I have had upto 413 degrees C.. Duncan

Any links dunc?
I did a couple of tests today .. Put a 2 meter length of 2.5 inch exhaust pipe from the eberspacher it was still 60 degrees at the end ( 65 at the eberspacher).
Pretty good considering it's not lagged at all. The 2 meters was long enough to go from the front to the back of the trailer . Proberly another meter or so needed to get up to the tent.
Lees bringing round his ducting tomorrow ( about 3.5 m ), so will see what temp readings that givesG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Been fitting the eberspacher in the trailer for some nice warm air for the tent an awning .
Had to use this mounting plate as my floor is 18mm thick and the pipes on the eber are only about 20mm
easier to do this
Eber in place
Fuel tank
I spent a couple of hours wiring it all in , then found i wasent happy with it ....so did it all again . Bit limited to what i could do as i dont want to cut the loom for the heater
Timer...i have also connected in a remote control ...dont want to have to get up in the night to go and turn it on
More to come when i do the pipeworkG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

bit more done on the heater
Fuel pipe fitted
fuel pump ...under the lagging
back of trailer up to the roof tent
I just have to put a bit of flexi into the tent
I have a cap that fits on the end of the pipe up to the tent , so i can isolate that part if need be.
Here is a waterproof box that will split the main hot air supply up to the tent and out to the awning
then this little bit of pipe will fit in there and go off to the awning when i need it .( will have some flexible tubing attached to it )
Not fitted to the trailer yet as its peeing down ..job for tommorow
Oh and another 12v socket fitted so its handy for the light connection into the tent .

I just showed the kids and my eldest just said "Cool" she's a hardy camper and appreciates the idea of a heated tent.
