I am an imposter!
Currently running a 300Tdi S but hopefully picking up the new vehicle tomorrow.
I have settled on a TDV6 SE which is just over 3 years old so I hope these things are worth the money.
They're great but don't buy a red one as they have problems! Loving the power of the TDV8!

Having come from a 300TDi to a 2005 SE (although in a decent colour) I can confirm that they are worth the money!
repairs cost a fair bit more though! 2014 D4 XS
2005 D3 SE - Gone

So you must have seen the other post first where I mentioned the colour.
We looked at quite a few and the favourite colours by far seem to be blacks and silver'grays. The red one seemed to make a nice change and besides it has the Alpaca leather interior which brightens up the interior rather then the darker grey/black trims. I will miss the twin sunroof of the old one.

Welcome, ignore them the colour has nothing to do with the faults or problems. More likely the factory of origin!

Tell me about it, if anyone is watching from LR if you had that in the D3 I'd be now sitting in one now, not a 4 year old TDV6!!!
Failing that VA I'd have a TDV8 in a proper Range Rover!!!

madtam - welcome, neighbour!
We get some really good snow between us (A635) - you may yet get a chance to use the Grass, Gravel & Snow setting up there, and leave the other 4x4s behind 2006 D3 finally swapped for a 2016 D4 Graphite in Graphite grey. No mods

Welcome and take it from me you are going to love Rimini Red. Mine's got the Alpaca leather too, Wasn't sure about red when I bought it pre-loved but when it's buffed up it's gorgeous and when I get the D4 in due course (pre-loved) I'll look out for one in Rimini. I've put straight grain walnut in mine, with silver roof bars and body coloured door handles. Easy to spot in Tesco's car park.
