I picked my Expedition rack up from the forum for £250 including the matching ladder and tarted it up with help from my Father in Law.

It came complete with a 3mm Chequerplate floor panel which makes it tough enough for a fat bloke to walk on.

Even though the "floor" almost covers the phone aerial it doesn't effect the reception.
Given the price it's brilliant.
Thumbs Up

how was this floor installed? I used the search but found very little info on this...

Surely you can just cut out some chequer plate and pop rivet it in place?

I got a strip from a member on the forum and it was already cut to size - I can't remember dimension and no longer have the rack, but the dimensions are on a thread on this forum somewhere (maybe even this one) you'll have to do a search sorry
