Just thought I'd say hi as I've gone and (finally) taken the plunge and ordered a D3 after much deliberation!
Would also like to say what a great site this is (been a visitor for some time now so only thought it right that as I'm joining the gang - I should do it properly and register!!).
Can't wait for the ...

Hi Guys
I took delivery of my D3 in Feb 2008, having written off my Defender 90 (of ten wonderful years)
The D3 is superb on road and I have been impressed with the various off road bits I have done.
I just got back from two weeks in Botswana and can truely say, my D3 was fantastic, both on and off road.
I was worried about keeping up with the other vehicles, including defenders and other eastern makes and my fears were unfounded, I did as much and more.... great country and done in a great car.
Heine suggested I register, and finally I am here.
Regards
Ivor

Hi all,
Got my 07MY D3 HSE at the start of May 08 and am totally impressed and so effortless.
I've even been off roading already and was amazed where the thing would go even on Pirelli Zero standard tyres.
Looks like this site is the place for me to find out everything I need to know.

Hi All,
I have been told all about this site by one of my staff who in his own words is a Land Rover tragic. I have owned my disco 3 for about 18 months and really love it. I used to have Nissan Patrols before this, but will never look back. This vehicle performs so much better on so many fronts.
Looking forward to participating on this site. keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you have been up to.

Hi All
Traded in the very nice, efficient but rather dull A6 for a full on injection of fun Discovery - Java Black SE with a fridge! Never had a fridge in a car before......
Well impressed. Hooked up the tintent on Saturday, did not even feel it on the back. Now looking for a river bed or small mountain in Solihull.
Great car
Glad to be here

Hi folks
First post. I have an 05 TDV6 Disco3 5 seat and am about to upgrade to new car - tomorrow
Not on to talk about the deal, but ask about the car I've been promised....a new 09 GS!
I've looked into this and apparently the 09 car isn't due till launch at motor show 23 July??
...but I've been promised a new 09 car and it rolled off the line last Thursday. I've seen the official LR "arvil(?)" system report and it states it's in Santorini Black (one of the "new" colours).
Thoughts?
