Small rust points on sides and tailgate

Hi,

Washing myself my car for the first time the other day I noticed about 10 small rust points on different places: mainly on panels behind the wheels and on the tailgate and back of the car. My car is 1 year old, has 45km and never drove offroad. Is it normal to get such things on such an expensive car so fast, plus a car which is supposed to be able to drive in the worse conditions? I do not think so. Is the dealer supposed to do something about it? Can he do something about it? Will I be able to get again the same aspect as when new on this places? Do I have to worry about the longevity of the body of the car? I was planning to keep it for at least 10 years.

Thanks for sharing your experience with me on this subject which I have to say upsets me a lot. Never had a so expensive car before but never had this problem so early either...

Go to your dealer Christophe

The vehicle has a 6 year anti-corrosion warranty.
