Can you make wing mirrors fold in when engine switched off?

Hi just wondered can you make it so the wing mirrors fold in automaticaly when the engines turned off cheers?

Yes Wiggs did do it, but it caused to many problems while driving the car that he disabled it after a while.

I'm not sure why you would want this? Can it be done manually on two buttons as a D4 can? Joined the BMWX5 45e group

i did it quite easily by taking an output from the alarm to the power fold relay

when unlocked / locked the car with the fob ..mirrors went in /out .

only issue i had was when the car is set for "drive away locking " the mirrors would fold in when you got to 5mph

turning this off cured the problem .

i live in Manchester ..and drive away locking was more important than folding mirrors

im sure if i looked into it again it would be quite simple G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Quite by accident I pressed both mirror select buttons and they folded in Shocked

Another press of both and they folded out Thumbs Up Stew,

2010 D4 gone but I really loved it
Went back to Merc - C350 AMG
