Some are PDF and some are HTML based.

You'll need Adobe Reader for the PDF's and your web browser should handle the HTML stuff of course.

Hope this helps.

They open in another window so make sure a pop-up blocker isn't preventing them from opening

Hi, Norton disabled and pop up blocker off, still only works about 50% of the time but a very useful resource.

I have the same problem with both Apple and Windows.

I just sent email to the hep desk, to see if they could help.

If they do I'll let you know.

Last time I used it I had no problems using Safari (Mac).

The web site team fixed some issues that I worked with them on and these went live the other week.

I have pop up windows disabled and now with 10.4 Safari displays any PDF's in the browser.

Simon,

what e-mail address did you use?

The one in the e-mail confirming my password is just bounced back each time as unknown, so I am interested in what one you have.

I have not tried disabling the pop-ups in Safari, but I will give that a try later. I did try this in Windows but this had no effect at all.

There must be something wrong with their e-mail as I keep getting failure notices

But I did have success with OS X after turning off Block pop-up's, thank for that tip.
