Fitting sidesteps

My 05 HSE has no side steps and I would like to fit some. It looks like OEM ones are gonna be £430 but there are some that look very similar on sites for £230 - are they any good? Anyone fitted them?

Also, anyone got any good condition sidesteps that they want shot of?

Site mod slimer may have some original ones for sale at under £300.
They are pretty easy to fit.
