.....Spending nearly four hours fitting my new smmmmmmoooooooth steering wheel
If I added up the actual time with the spanners it was probably half an hour but extesive use of the search on here added to it considerably.
Thank you to all the forum members for sharing their tips with others, I would have struggled without them.
Special thanks to TLO for supply and Wiggs for posting the Video on how to release the air bag....
.....The only bit he doesnt show is how hard you have to pull on the "Special Tool" (and yes, I was applying pressure to the air bag!!) - the circulation is just coming back to my finger

It must be the day for it, I have just done mine too! The airbag came away really easily after me finding out on this forum how the clips worked, so to all here.
Also had to change a dipped headlight bulb as noticed one blown this morning when driving, really easy to remove the grille and headlamp units. Well done LR for fine engineering!
Not sure both tasks would have been that easy if the car had been Japanese
