Loss of power and severe black smoke!
So i put my decat on my car on Monday, it kept throwing the engine management light on so put the cat back on tuesday as i need my car to be reliable for work, it was back to normal, no problems, but yesterday it was really lacking power and there was an unbelievable amount of black smoke, wish i never started fiddling about with it now!
Any ideas?

Yes, I'd check the intercooler pipe definitely. The decat probably increased flow just enough to highlight a weakness in the pipe, and now it's restricting even with the cat back in.Previously:

You lot are too good, cheched the pipe it was split, new pipe on, SPOT ON! much happier 2011 D4 SDV6 Auto Commercial
