£4.50 from ebay, 80mm BMW Angel Eyes 24 SMD LED Ring Car Light White
middle picture is not much good, the ring is clearly visible when on, I'll have to take another.

Sorry am bit lost here. does this LED ring go round existing fogs? Are fogs and LED ring on at same time in middle pic? And how do they wire up? (sorry for all questions but post is a bit vauge)
lights are behind the glass as the ring just pushes in from the back, I've held it in place with a couple of blobs of hot melt adhesive.
Only the ring is switched on in the photo, it looks good, just my photos are cr*p, I have not wire these into the side light yet,but thats the plan.
The price was per pair (£4.50 each) their are cheaper, the first one I got where £3.50 each, but when they arrived they turn out to be blue LED, looked like a cop car
