Hi, All,
I've just bought a base-model 5 seat TDV6 new from my local Landy dealer. I'm interested in modifying this car, as I'd like to get it more toward the spec of a HSE over time.
What I need to know is how to take the car apart without breaking stuff! Are there any workshop manuals I can buy to help me do this? And if so, where can I buy them from?
Thanks in advance for any help - loving my new landy!

Welcome to the site Starbuck (BSG fan?), you only live about 2 miles from me by the looks of it so just shout if you want a hand taking your D3 apart, I've had mine in bits several times
LR's GTR site has workshop manuals but access is not free
Their free access Owner Info site has fitting instructions for accessories which often reveal how things come apart.
As you're a local are you going to come to the next Pub Meet?
Si
PS Nope, no RAVE for the D3 Tony The End

Are the workshop Manuals downloadable as PDF's as the owners manuals are on the owner info site ?

No, they're not. You can save web pages, but its a huge job - the way the site's layed out is designed to stop you downloading it. Disco 5 HSE Lux

Hey, Si,
Yeah, I don't live too far from you, although I'm not from Surrey originally - I'm a northerner who was forced to move here because of my job!
I doubt I'll be able to make the next pub meet (too short notice!), but I'll certainly be up for popping along in the near future, so thanks for the invite!
Thanks for the info, by the way - very useful, although LR's subscription charges are a bit steep!
Oh - got another question too - anyone know the price of a navigation screen for the D3? I wouldn't mind getting one of the original ones then coming up with my own ICE solution using that!
Thanks again, all!
