Crumbs its been over 3 years since I came on here.
My D3 still goes strong, but today the keyfob started working when it chose to...ie it will lock but wont open 
Googled the problem and up you guys came.
Found the spare, now I need some sellotape to stick both fobs back to back 
Fingers crossed.
PS, Martin is the old crew still on here ? regards

Chances are that after 6 years your key fob has died Tony.  CLUB ILLEGAL CAR WASHERS

You mean 5 year each?
