Driving in Access Mode - Clunking

Since having the expo rack fitted, I have to drive in access mode in the car park at work. Sometimes when on full lock there is a clunking noise....
Is this normal or should I get the dealer to check it out?

Many people have noticed this,(me included). I think a dab of grease on the steering stops will help. ( the bits of metal that touch at front and rear of hubs, when on full lock either way). There are a few other posts on this somewhere ISTR. It's not cause for concern, unless this action doesn't help.
