Maintain suspension height

Hi,
Is there a way to set the suspension height and maintain that height during normal and highway driving? I have a quad bike trailer that the tow coupling is higher than standard and if I couple it at the normal tow ball height the trailer stands skew thus I need to raise the suspension to the height of the ball coupler and keep it there while driving.
Any advise would be appreciated. Confused
