| EPB out of warranty service costs. |

Car was serviced in jan done about 3k since then, on 33k now.EPB fault on return from holidays sat on drive for 2 weeks developed a screech on deployment.Put up with it for a month and a half before into dealers.Cost of £203 pounds for 2 hours labour to strip clean adjust and refit is that about par for the course?.Was the adjustment not meant to be checked at the jan service ironically just at the end of its warranty? They check the EPB, doens't mean that the adjuystment & replacement of parts are included.....
They're easy to do youirself if you've got some basic spanner skills. I adjusted mine two weeks ago after getting the screamer. Did it at the same time as changing the disk brake pads all round.
It sounds like the figure that is generally banded around. Still a bit of a rip of just to adjust the hand brake! Bodsys Brake Bible
