My first breakdown

Stuck at the side of the road with a gear stick in my hand awaiting recovery. Looking through the gearstick gaiter opening it seems the the lever has parted from a rod. Got my indie on standby. Anyone know if this is a quick fix? I started off with nothing and Ive still got most of it left.
