| New prices for D4 in Ireland..... |

New prices have been announced for the July 2012 Discovery 4 range in Ireland....
2 seat Commercial: €40,500 + VAT
5 seat Utility: €45,500 + VAT
7 seat XE: €64,950
7 seat HSE: €74,950
However, stock and availability issues remain.........allow at least three months for delivery.......!
Apparently, the 2 seat Commercial can be ordered with the full range of applicable factory fit options. This is coming from LR HQ at Baldonnel. Wether every dealer will follow this remains to be seen....

It's all because of the Vehicle Registration Tax over here - 13.5% on the Commercial and Utility, 32% on the XE & HSE........
The UK SDV6 HSE would attract 36% (and road tax of €2,250 per year)...... 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial

From looking at one today I'd say the 07/2012 Irish HSE at €74k is roughly the same as the UK XS model, apart from the different engine and the electric heated seats.... 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial

Mad pricing, I do not see this brand going any where far mid to long term, have they not heard of the recession 
I have never seen a commercial spec D4, can anyone post a photo? Are the rear doors and window behind the front doors deleted for this purpose?

BazLR3, see my Gallery for some pictures of the Commercial D4 - doors are there as usual but the windows are covered over and there is a longer loadspace with only two seats.... 2016 Discovery 4 Commercial
