I've put a chrome grille on my Java Black motor and D4 rear lights with clear indicator repeaters. Can anyone tell me the best way to de-badge the back without damaging the paint? And what's the coolest-looking re-badge on Java Black?
Thanks

Gently heat the badges with a hairdryer to soften the glue, gently prise off with an old bank/credit card, or fishing wire.
The residue and foam that is left over can be removed with some tar + glue remover, and some elbow grease My D3 Build Thread

I used a heat gun on low heat mode and picked the letters off with my fingernail. I heated the foam stuff left behind and picked that off too. I finished off with a quick polish with metallic paint T Cut. It took no more than a minute per letter. Now it says Discovery V6 XS. I might remove more letters each week just for the hell of it.
