Connector and corroded wiring

Hi

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement connector from for this.

It’s the NSR near to rear strut.

I ordered ride height sensor connectors but they are too small (about half the size I need)

Thanks
D

Rear valve block?

Connector is LR part number YPC800230

This comes as a bare connector housing only without any terminals, wires or seals.

If the connector is not damaged it can be de-pinned and reused.

Repair wires available individually from site shop:

This happened to me. If you speak to Martin, he can make you a new pin with 6 inches of wire to put into the connector. Them just connect to old cable and shrink wrap it with heat gun.

Plus 1 ^^^

U can also buy connectors that are very good for joining wires to the old ones , just need a heat gun or lighter

Thanks , I would give it a go , however the wire has broken at the butt of the connector.

Sourcing one from a scrapper could be a good idea.. I see what Martin comes back with. 😉

I can source the connector from LR for you if you wish, and build up a complete pigtail connector.

Ur so welcome , always a team effort , see that Martin as always has come to the rescue to supply a new connector with tails

Will then be so easy to do one wire at a time

If u don’t mind me suggesting put the landy into off-road height , remove fuse F26 from the engine bay and put some axle stands underneath the rear wheel seeing ur have u hands in there

Plse note that when u reinstall the fuse the D3 the suspension will drop down quite quickly

Hope that’s also useful to u

Also found the rear valve block wiring for u as it tells u what colour wire goes in what PIN number but u won’t need if u cut back the wires one at a time

No, totally different. You can see them both here:

https://fnltd.co.uk/shop/lr-repair-wires-c23.html

YMI000950 is in the height sensor connector
YMI900480 is in the valve block connector
